The "Zhovten Cinema" opened on November 8, 1930. It was the first cinema building. "Zhovten" was repeatedly reconstructed. This applies to both facade and the technological equipment. It was one of the first in the former Soviet Union to have sound equipment installed in it, and in the years to come, equipment for screening large-screen and large-format films.

After the fire in 2014, the last reconstruction of the cinema took place. During the reconstruction process, the architects did not take into account all the nuances and wishes of the employees, so the administration turned to NAYADA to improve the administrative part of the building. It was necessary to install 2 partitions of NAYADA-Standart system to prevent heat leakage from the staff workplaces. NAYADA company easily coped with the task, the client was satisfied.
